Verbal De-Escalation Training

​This week Mary Magnusson MSN, RN from the University of New Mexico will speak on Verbal De-escalation on the CIT Knowledge Network. Mary is an amazing instructor on all topics related to behavioral health including de-escalation skills. She currently teaches first responders in the Albuquerque Police Department’s crisis intervention team training.
