The listener states “AI must be flexible and compromise…it can cause more harm to the consumer”. This may cause an AI to be ridged and not adapt but stick to what they are programmed to find.

Can you study humanity and can you replicate it in AI?
People are not great at guessing expressions and we actually practice and teach skills on labeling emotions. AI might be able to actually read an emotion more effectively.
