This is a good video on how to use/download Zoom. Disregard the University of Colorado stuff.

Basic Rules When Connected

Blog

• Mute your mic when not talking (lower left corner on computer screen)
• Face the camera during the meeting
• When you introduce yourself simply say (Name and Department)
• When you speak always start off by saying your name and department/location
• All cases presented are confidential and should not be spoken of off the network
• Raise your hand to ask a question or send the host a notice that you have a question
• Try not to talk down to someone who has less knowledge than you
• Have fun
